D2O Hydration Spray

Sets minerals, soothes skin

Mineral powder foundation looks its best once it is misted: the water takes the powdery edge off and settles the pigment into skin. D2O does that with a base of aloe juice, chamomile and algae for hydration and calm, olive leaf and rosemary as antioxidants, and ylang ylang for its scent and skin-conditioning oil. A little alcohol carries the mist and evaporates.

The fit

The hydrating, calming sister of Pommisst. Choose D2O for dry, dehydrated or redness-prone skin and a floral scent; Pommisst for antioxidant defence and a lighter, unscented feel.

Worth knowing

Scented with ylang ylang, an essential oil with declared allergens, so avoid with a fragrance or essential-oil sensitivity and patch test if skin is reactive. Contains a small amount of alcohol. Vegan, wheat-free, Ecocert certified.

Hold 20 to 30cm from the face, close eyes and mist in a cross or circle over the whole face after makeup. Let it dry naturally; do not rub. Reapply over the day whenever skin feels tight or makeup looks dry.

Can also be misted onto a brush before applying powder for fuller coverage.

Use alongside
