Shipping policy

Delivery. We ship Australia-wide only; we do not ship internationally. Orders are delivered with Australia Post, and every order arrives in our signature black box. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day the same day; orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping. Express Post is available at checkout. Australia Post aims to deliver Express Post parcels the next business day within its Express Post network, and within 2 business days to most other areas, counted from dispatch. Rates are shown at checkout.

Problems. If your parcel is late or missing, contact hello@epiosskin.com and we will chase it with Australia Post for you.
