These terms govern purchases from epiosskin.com, operated by AY SKIN Pty Ltd (ACN 669 003 007) trading as Epios Skin. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error, and we may limit quantities on any product.

Product information. The information on this site, including ingredient explanations, quizzes and guides, is general educational information about cosmetic products. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified practitioner. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Membership. Our membership program's current earning rates, levels and benefits are described on the site and may be updated from time to time; accrued benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Returns and consumer rights. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

General. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
