Mesoestetic

Mesoestetic began in the back room of a Barcelona pharmacy, formulating for aesthetic doctors who could not find what they needed on the Spanish market. That origin still shapes the range: it is built around clinic protocols first, with home-care products designed to support them.

The laboratory manufactures in-house to GMP and ISO standards, and reinvests a substantial share of profit into research each year. It also produces class III medical devices for intradermal use, which is a genuinely different regulatory category from cosmetics.

Pigmentation is where the brand's reputation sits. Cosmelan is among the most widely used professional depigmentation protocols in the world, and the Melan Tran3x line extends that work into home care. The formulations combine several mechanisms at once: tyrosinase inhibition, pigment transfer, and exfoliation.

Beyond pigmentation, the range covers ageing, congestion, body and sun protection.

Much of the range is professional-use only. Cosmelan and the peel protocols are administered in clinic, not bought and used at home. What we list here is the home-care range, some of which is designed to follow a professional treatment.

Some products are intended as part of a protocol. Certain home-care items exist specifically to support or maintain a clinic treatment, and using them without that context may not make sense. Ask if you are unsure which is which.

The pigmentation range is potent. Formulations built for melasma are among the more demanding products available in home care, and most require strict daily sun protection to work at all. Melasma is also a medical diagnosis rather than a skin type, and worth discussing with your doctor.

Pharmaceutical manufacturing is not the same as therapeutic status. The laboratory manufactures to pharmaceutical standards, which is a real distinction from most cosmetic manufacturing. It does not mean the individual products are registered therapeutic goods in Australia.
