Melan Tran3x Concentrate

Sale price$218.00

An intensive night depigmenting serum combining tranexamic, mandelic and kojic acids, for established pigmentation in acid-tolerant skin.

When to use Evenings, after cleansing, start every second night
How it works

The same three-front campaign

Like its gel-cream sibling, the concentrate works pigment’s whole supply chain: tranexamic acid moderates the plasmin signalling that switches production on, kojic acid ties up the copper at the heart of tyrosinase, and niacinamide, fifth in the formula, interrupts the hand-off of finished pigment into view, with the tyrosinase-signalling peptide acetyl glycyl beta-alanine in support.

What makes it the intensive one

A real exfoliating current: mandelic acid sits sixth in the list, the gentle, large-molecule AHA, backed by lactic acid, a trace of salicylic, and bacillus ferment, a protein-dissolving enzyme. Pigmented cells at the surface are the pigment you can already see; moving them on nightly is what makes the deeper work visible in weeks rather than months.

The comfort counterweight

Hydroxyethyl urea, glycerin, glycogen and a crosslinked hyaluronic acid cushion the acids, keeping a nightly-use formula wearable.

The non-negotiable, doubled

Exfoliating acids make skin temporarily more sun-responsive, and no pigment program survives unprotected sun. High SPF every morning is part of this product, not a suggestion beside it.

Who it suits

Stubborn, established pigmentation, post-inflammatory, sun-accumulated, in skin that already tolerates leave-on acids and wants the committed version of the program.

Worth knowing

This is the intensive tier: expect a settling-in period of mild tingling, and introduce it every second night if your skin is new to acids. Contains sodium metabisulfite (avoid with sulfite sensitivity) and fragrance. Pigmentation that arrives or worsens with pregnancy or hormonal medication belongs in front of our clinicians before you treat it, and they can also judge whether your skin is ready for this strength at all.

How to use

Evenings on clean, dry skin: a few drops over the full face rather than spot-treating, followed by moisturiser. Start every second night for two weeks, then nightly as tolerated.

Every morning: high SPF, without exception, for the life of the program and beyond.

Layering

Use alongside

The full Tran3x protocol runs this at night with the Gel Cream each morning, the pair is designed as a system. Keep other exfoliating acids and retinoids off the nights it is used; alternate instead. Aox Ferulic in the morning and a simple moisturiser (HA Densimatrix under it if skin runs dry) complete the routine. It replaces, never joins, another pigment leader.

Before you start

Not suitable if

  • Sulfite sensitivity — contains sodium metabisulfite
  • Known fragrance allergy — contains parfum
  • Pregnancy or hormone-related pigmentation — seek clinician advice first
  • Do not layer with other leave-on acids or retinoids on the same night

Good to know

  • Patch test on a small area of skin before first full use
  • Increases skin sensitivity to UV. Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily
  • Speak to your doctor before use during pregnancy
