How it works

Seven filters, very high protection

Avobenzone for long UVA, steadied inside a modern photostable framework, bemotrizinol, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol and ethylhexyl triazone, the European filter generation, with octyl salicylate, polysilicone-15 and a touch of mineral titanium dioxide closing the gaps. Overlapping filters protect across the whole spectrum and keep each other stable in sunlight.

The moisturiser half

Ceramides 3 and 6 II are the skin’s own barrier lipids; with rice bran, argan, avocado and olive oils and the humectant biosaccharide gum-1, the base is a legitimate morning cream for dry skin, not a sunscreen pretending to be one.

Why one step matters

The most protective sunscreen is the one applied at full dose every day. Folding the moisturiser step into the sunscreen removes the morning’s main excuse for underapplying either.

The claims, precisely

SPF 50+, very SPF 50+ protection against solar radiation; used as directed, it may reduce the risk of some skin cancers and can aid in the prevention of sunspots. No sunscreen blocks everything: avoid prolonged sun, and add protective clothing, a hat and eyewear.

Who it suits

Dry, mature and comfort-seeking skin that wants morning moisturiser and SPF 50+ protection in a single step, including skin running drying actives (retinoids, pigment programs) whose mornings benefit from a richer SPF.

Worth knowing

Contains soya bean products, avoid with soy allergy. Not for broken, damaged or diseased skin, and keep it out of the eyes. Oilier or breakout-prone skin will likely prefer Water Veil’s featherweight fluid over this cream texture.

How to use

Apply generously 20 minutes before sun exposure as the final skincare step, on drier skin it can replace the morning moisturiser entirely. Reapply frequently, and always after swimming, sweating or towelling.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. For external use only.

Layering

Use alongside

The Mesoprotech family covers four skins: Water Veil for invisible everyday wear, Mineral Fluid for reactive, recovering or pigment-prone skin, Melan 130 when pigment is the active project, and Hydra Cream when skin is dry and wants its moisturiser folded in. Over Aox Ferulic or HA Densimatrix in the morning it completes the routine in one move; alongside a retinoid or Tran3x program it is the comfortable morning counterweight.
