When to use Evenings, after cleansing, start every second night
How it works

The vitamin triad

Ascorbic acid at serum-leading strength, vitamin E as its classic regenerating partner, and retinol at a measured mid-formula dose, the three vitamins with the deepest skincare evidence base, formulated to work as the relay they naturally form. Bioflavonoids extend the vitamin C’s working life.

The blemish bench

Olive leaf extract brings oleuropein, the antioxidant with a long research record on microbial balance, and zinc sulfate adds its traditional astringent, blemish-calming contribution, with arbutin quietly fading the marks blemishes leave behind.

Who this architecture is for

The name reflects the brand’s positioning around stressed skin; in cosmetic terms this is an antioxidant serum that supports the look of blemish-prone, red-inclined and generally put-upon complexions while the retinol keeps renewal ticking.

The trade-offs, stated

A fast-drying alcohol base carries the vitamins and flashes off, the same crisp feel as Active Serum, and the retinol content means evening use, sun protection and pregnancy caution all apply.

Who it suits

Blemish-prone and stressed skin wanting antioxidant defence with a renewal edge; redness-inclined complexions that tolerate actives; and A-C-E devotees who want the triad in one bottle. The 15ml introduces; the 30ml commits.

Worth knowing

Contains retinol, not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and evenings-plus-SPF discipline applies. The alcohol base means broken or freshly compromised skin should wait. Persistent breakouts or facial redness deserve our clinicians’ assessment, some ‘stressed skin’ is a medical matter, not a serum matter.

How to use

Evenings on clean, dry skin: 3–4 drops over face and neck, allowed to dry before moisturiser. Start every second night if new to retinol or strong vitamin C; nightly as tolerated.

High SPF every morning without exception, both the vitamin C work and the retinol demand it.

Layering

Use alongside

It consolidates two chairs, antioxidant and gentle retinoid, so run it instead of a separate morning C plus entry retinol, not alongside them. Hydra-Cool over it is the house cushion; a bland moisturiser (Harmonize, Humidify) closes the night. Keep other retinoids and leave-on acids off Pro-Heal nights, and skip it entirely on Active Peel evenings.

Before you start

Not suitable if

  • You are pregnant
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding — contains retinol
  • Broken or freshly compromised skin — alcohol base will sting
  • Do not layer with other retinoids or leave-on acids on the same night

Good to know

  • Patch test on a small area of skin before first full use
  • Increases skin sensitivity to UV. Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily
