Super Serum Advance+

Sale price$161.00

A vitamin C serum combined with hyaluronic acid, arbutin and tripeptide-1, formulated without alcohol or fragrance, for uneven tone and the appearance of scars.

When to use Morning and/or evening, after cleansing
How it works

The headline pair

Ascorbic acid and hyaluronic acid sit second and third, a serious vitamin C dose travelling with its own hydration cushion, which is a large part of why this serum behaves so gently for its strength. No alcohol base, no menthol: the formula relies on what the actives do, not on what application feels like.

The tone and texture bench

Arbutin, fifth in the list, the highest placement it holds anywhere on our shelf, slows pigment production while vitamin C brightens from the antioxidant side. Tripeptide-1 signals renewal, and centella’s three named actives (the fraction the comfort research is built on) support skin working through old marks. This combination is why the serum built its reputation on softening the appearance of scars and uneven texture over months of use.

The support crew

Vitamin B5, zinc sulfate, and the skin’s own moisture factors, urea, glucose, guanidine, keep the surface comfortable and supplied while the slower work happens.

The honest timeline

Appearance changes in marks and tone are measured in months, not weeks, and always under daily SPF.

Who it suits

Uneven tone, post-blemish and post-procedure marks, and skin that wants a committed vitamin C without the sting of alcohol-based formulas, including sensitive skin graduating into actives. The classic recommendation for the months after clinic work, on your practitioner’s clearance.

Worth knowing

Fragrance-free and alcohol-free. Contains arbutin, take advice before use during pregnancy, and hormone-driven pigmentation deserves our clinicians’ assessment first. Raised, restricted or changing scars are a medical conversation, not a serum project.

How to use

Morning and/or evening on clean, dry skin: 3–4 drops over the full face, or pressed deliberately into areas of concern, then moisturiser. Its gentleness makes twice-daily use realistic, which is exactly what mark-softening work rewards.

Daily SPF, without exception, for the life of the project.

Layering

Use alongside

The gentle seat in the vitamin C row, Active Serum brings the acid sting, GeneXC the maximal antioxidant bench, Super Serum the tolerable long-haul workhorse: one C serum per routine, chosen by temperament. It layers happily under any moisturiser, alongside an evening retinoid on alternate nights, and with Sheald or Hydra-Cool during recovery phases once serums are cleared.
