A daily moisturiser built around squalane, ceramide NP and Natural Moisturising Factor components with a hydration peptide, for normal to dry skin morning and night.

When to use Morning and evening, final step, before SPF by day
How it works

The daily brief, done thoroughly

Glycerin and squalane lead a light silicone-cushioned cream that covers all three of hydration’s bases: humectants (multi-form PCA, urea, sorbitol, lactate, the Natural Moisturising Factor set, plus hyaluronic acid and glyceryl glucoside), barrier lipids (ceramide NP with free linoleic and linolenic acids, the two essential fatty acids skin cannot make), and a breathable occlusive finish.

The quiet extras

Acetyl heptapeptide-4, a hydration-signalling peptide; two ferments (saccharomyces and sake-style rice lees); prebiotic inulin; allantoin to soothe; vitamin E on guard. Fragrance-free throughout.

The role

The everyday cream of the Medik8 shelf, the dependable final step that lets C-Tetra mornings and Crystal Retinal nights do the talking.

Who it suits

Normal to dry skin wanting one dependable daily cream, sensitive skin drawn to the fragrance-free build, and retinal users needing a well-mannered closing layer.

Worth knowing

Contains hydrolysed wheat protein, avoid with a wheat-protein allergy. The lactic acid present is a Natural Moisturising Factor component at trace level, not an exfoliant. Very oily skin may prefer a gel texture (Skin Thirst) over a cream.

How to use

Morning and evening as the final skincare step: massage over face and neck (before SPF in the morning).

Layering

Use alongside

The moisturiser half of the Total Moisture pair, cleanser to open, cream to close, and the everyday seat of the Medik8 shelf, with Advanced Night Restore as the richer night option and the Pro-Collagen cream as the ageing-focused step-up. Cross-shelf it keeps company with Phytostat 9 and Eclipse in the daily-cream chair: one per routine.
