A clarifying gel for congested, breakout-prone skin. Glycolic, salicylic and lactic acids clear pores and refine texture, tea tree keeps blemishes in check, and licorice with calendula calms the redness that comes with them.

How it works

A three-acid approach to congestion: glycolic acid lifts dull surface cell build-up, oil-soluble salicylic acid works into the pore itself, and lactic acid exfoliates with a lighter touch. Tea tree oil supports clearer-looking skin while licorice root and calendula settle the appearance of redness, with bilberry and white tea adding antioxidant support.

Who it suits

Oily, congested and breakout-prone skin comfortable with active exfoliation. The alcohol and acid content makes it too assertive for dry or sensitised skin.

How to use

Apply a thin layer to clean skin over congestion-prone areas in the evening. Start two to three nights per week and build to nightly as tolerated.

Layering

Use on its own or under a light moisturiser. Keep retinoids and other acids to alternate nights, and wear SPF every morning while using this product.
