Safflower and olive oils, both rich in linoleic acid, the fatty acid oily and congested skin tends to run short of, dissolve makeup, sunscreen and the day’s sebum on contact. A single emulsifier (sorbeth-30 tetraoleate) flips the whole blend to a milk when water arrives, so it rinses clean rather than filming.

The golden signature

Carrot root extract, carrot seed oil and beta-carotene give the oil its amber colour and antioxidant lean, joined by moringa, the fast-absorbing seed oil, vitamin E and a vitamin C ester in support.

Why linoleic matters

Research associates congestion-prone skin with a linoleic-poor sebum profile; cleansing with linoleic-rich oils is the gentlest way to keep lipids balanced rather than stripped, the idea the name refers to.
