Every ZO programme starts with GSR: <a href="/products/zo-skin-health-gentle-cleanser">Gentle Cleanser</a>, <a href="/products/zo-skin-health-exfoliating-polish">Exfoliating Polish</a> and <a href="/products/zo-skin-health-complexion-renewal-pads">Complexion Renewal Pads</a> clear oil and dead cells so actives penetrate. On top of that base, <a href="/products/zo-skin-health-daily-power-defense">Daily Power Defense</a> brings retinol, antioxidants and DNA-repair enzymes for daytime defence, and <a href="/products/growth-factor-serum">Growth Factor Serum</a> supports firmness and softens lines morning and night.

The ZO anti-ageing routine in one box, at the price of the two full-size serums alone. The box this year is the holiday edition; the contents match the ZO Anti-Ageing Program.

Worth knowing

Daily Power Defense contains retinol, so the kit is not suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Build Daily Power Defense and the Renewal Pads up over two to three weeks. Daily SPF is essential.

How to use

Morning: Gentle Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish two to three times a week, Complexion Renewal Pads, Growth Factor Serum, Daily Power Defense, then SPF. Evening: Gentle Cleanser, Growth Factor Serum. Introduce Daily Power Defense every second day for the first fortnight.

Keep the pads to the mornings you are not using the Polish.

Layering

Use alongside

Hydrating Crème or Recovery Crème at night if skin runs dry, and a ZO retinol at night once Daily Power Defense is comfortable. Sunscreen every morning.

Known allergy to any listed ingredient — patch test first
