Glycation, the sugar-bonding that stiffens skin's collagen and elastin with age, is this line's target, and here Pro-Xylane sits second on the ingredient list, its highest placement in the range. Niacinamide, adenosine and the blueberry-pomegranate flavonoid pair support the case.

The shea difference

Where the Ultra runs light and velvety, Advanced is built on shea butter, candelilla wax and a bench of skin-identical fatty acids: a genuinely rich cream for skin that has grown very dry, thin and deeply lined.

The calm additions

Glycyrrhetinic acid from liquorice and 4-t-butylcyclohexanol, a modern soothing agent, keep the richness comfortable on skin that flushes or prickles easily.

Worth knowing

Perfumed, with limonene, coumarin and linalool on the label, so fragrance-reactive skin should sample before committing. Choosing between the two: this for very dry skin and maximum richness, A.G.E. Interrupter Ultra for a lighter feel or under makeup.

Morning and evening as the final step: warm a small amount and press over face, neck and jawline after serums.
