Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque

Sale price$154.00

A cooling gel masque combining sodium hyaluronate and aloe with centella and botanical antioxidants, used as a rinse-off or overnight mask.

When to use As needed, 10–15 minute masque or overnight
How it works

The temperature drop

The cooling is honest physics: a light evaporative alcohol carries heat off the skin as it flashes away, and menthol convinces the nerve endings of the rest. On overheated, post-sun or freshly treated skin, that temperature drop is itself the therapy, hot skin is itchy, reactive skin.

The refill

What the alcohol taketh, the formula giveth back severalfold: sodium hyaluronate fourth in the list, aloe juice and glycerin re-water the surface while the gel sits, which is why the finish is comfort rather than tightness.

The settling bench

Centella’s three named actives, the wound-comfort fraction, with licorice, green tea, grape seed, a resveratrol ferment and malachite: an antioxidant and soothing chorus pointed at skin that has had a big day.

Leave-on logic

It works as a 10–15 minute masque or left on overnight, the gel dries down clean, so there is nothing to rinse unless you prefer to.

Who it suits

Post-sun evenings, post-workout faces, overheated summer skin, and recovery days after clinic treatments once your practitioner clears skincare, plus anyone mid-retinoid-adjustment wanting a weekly cool-down. All skin types.

Worth knowing

Fragrance-free. The evaporative alcohol plus menthol combination will sting on broken or weeping skin, wait until the surface has closed. Genuinely compromised barriers may prefer Rescue’s rich balm approach; this is the cooling gel counterpart, not the blanket.

How to use

On clean skin, smooth a generous layer over face and neck. Leave 10–15 minutes and tissue off the excess, or apply a thinner layer at bedtime and sleep in it. Use whenever skin runs hot; two to three times a week is a comfortable rhythm.

Fridge storage turns it into genuine first aid for summer.

Layering

Use alongside

The cooling seat on the mask shelf, Pure Enzymes and Lanazyme exfoliate, Micro Defense feeds the microbiome, Rescue blankets, and this one cools and re-waters. On mask nights skip actives; Hydra-Cool Serum underneath doubles the theme for the truly overheated. Post-procedure, your practitioner’s timing overrides the label.
