Pigment Punch Body

Sale price$81.00

A body treatment combining brightening actives with exfoliating acids for uneven tone on body areas.

When to use Daily on target areas, evenings preferred
How it works

Body pigment needs both hands

Uneven body tone is usually two problems layered: a build-up of rough surface cells, and pigment sitting in and below them. Lactic acid, high in this formula, handles the first, loosening dull surface cells with the gentlest of the common AHAs. The brightening complex handles the second.

The tone complex

Daisy extract and western dock on the pigment pathway, niacinamide for tone and barrier, three forms of vitamin C for antioxidant and brightening support, papaya enzyme assisting the surface work, and licorice extract rounding it out, the face serum’s logic in a body-sized dose.

Comfort engineering

Shea butter, allantoin and panthenol keep a daily acid lotion wearable, resurfacing that doesn’t feel like it.

Sun is the counterparty

Exfoliated, brightening-treated skin is more UV-sensitive, and UV is what created the spots. Daily SPF on treated areas that see sun (hands, arms, chest) is half the result.

Who it suits

Sun-spotted hands, arms and décolletage, uneven tone on legs, and rough-textured body skin generally.

Worth knowing

Contains citrus oils including bergamot, with declared limonene and linalool, patch test if fragrance-reactive, and keep treated areas sun-protected. Daisy-family (Asteraceae) allergy warrants a patch test too.

How to use

Apply daily to the areas you are working on, hands, forearms, décolletage, legs, rather than as an all-over body cream.

Start every second day if your skin is new to acids. SPF on sun-exposed treated areas every morning.

Layering

Use alongside

Pigment Punch + on the face for a single coherent tone campaign, and Luxe Body Cream on the days or areas that just want moisture.

Keep apart from

The Illuminating Polish on the same area on the same day, one exfoliation source per day per area.
