A nightly treatment pairing salicylic acid with retinol and bakuchiol, plus tranexamic and azelaic acid derivatives — congestion control and renewal in one step.

When to use Evening, after cleansing
How it works

Two actives, two jobs

Salicylic acid sits high in this formula. It is oil-soluble, so it moves into the pore itself and dissolves the oil and debris that congestion is made of, work that surface exfoliation cannot reach.

Retinol drives the renewal side: it converts in skin to retinoic acid, which speeds cell turnover for smoother texture and a more even look over time. Bakuchiol, a botanical retinol partner, supports the same pathway while helping keep the formula comfortable.

Tone support

Cetyl tranexamate mesylate and potassium azeloyl diglycinate, stabilised derivatives of tranexamic and azelaic acid, address the uneven, lingering tone that blemishes leave behind. Plant meristem antioxidants round out the formula.

Who it suits

Blemish-prone and combination skin that wants to introduce retinol without giving up congestion control, or existing retinol users whose breakouts have not fully settled.

Consider carefully if your skin is reactive or barrier-compromised: this combines a retinoid and a beta-hydroxy acid in one product. The formula also contains sulfites, which matter to a small number of sensitive users.

How to use

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening. Avoid the eye area and broken skin.

The build-up schedule matters. Begin two to three nights a week. If skin stays comfortable after two to three weeks, build gradually towards nightly use. Flaking or persistent tightness means slow down, not push through.

Sunscreen every morning, without exception.

Layering

Keep apart

Other retinoids, this product already provides one. Other exfoliating acids on the same evening; the salicylic acid here is doing that job. Alternate evenings if you use a separate acid product.

Pairs well

A gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser beforehand and a barrier-supporting moisturiser after. Vitamin C belongs in the morning routine, under sunscreen.
