The visible-light layer

ZO’s signature fractionated melanin, biology’s own broad-spectrum absorber, works alongside three iron oxides in the range where conventional filters thin out: high-energy visible light, the band research links to pigment provocation. The tint that evens your skin is also part of the shield.

The skincare undertone

Licorice, centella, kelp, bisabolol and squalane keep the base kind; vitamin E, ethyl ferulate and a trace of vitamin C stand antioxidant guard, with a peptide riding along.

SPF 30 is genuine daily protection for makeup days, reapplication rules still apply, and for long outdoor exposure a dedicated very-high-SPF sunscreen remains the stronger tool.
