  • Liquid Peptides 30ml (full size)
How it works

Glow first, then firm

Two full-size Medik8 steps that work in sequence. Press & Glow is a 5.5% PHA tonic: gluconolactone, the gentlest of the exfoliating acids, loosens dull surface cells without the sting of glycolic, while aloe and prickly pear keep the barrier calm. Skin looks brighter and takes the next step better.

Liquid Peptides follows with a 30% multi-peptide complex. Signal peptides from the Matrixyl family prompt skin to support its own collagen, Argireline-type peptides soften the look of expression lines, and a copper carrier peptide and carnosine handle repair. Drone-targeted delivery carries the peptides where they are needed.

The fit

A complete morning or evening pair for skin wanting radiance and firmness without retinoids, and the most popular Medik8 entry point for anyone new to the brand. Both are fragrance-free and pregnancy-safe.

Who it suits

Skin that looks dull and is starting to show early lines; anyone wanting a retinoid-free glow-and-firm routine, including through pregnancy and breastfeeding; and a first Medik8 routine for someone who has only ever used a cleanser and moisturiser.

Worth knowing

Press & Glow is a leave-on acid, mild but real: do not combine it with stronger acids or peels in the same routine, and wait until broken or reactive skin has settled. Both products are fragrance-free, essential-oil-free and paraben-free.

How to use

Morning and evening after cleansing. Press the pump of Press & Glow onto a cotton pad or into palms and sweep over face and neck, no rinsing. Follow with a few drops of Liquid Peptides pressed into face and neck, then moisturiser and daytime SPF. Both are gentle enough for twice-daily use from the first day.

Layering

Use alongside

Press & Glow replaces a toner; Liquid Peptides takes the serum slot. Layer thinnest first: tonic, then Liquid Peptides, then any richer serum or cream. Pairs with Crystal Retinal at night, applied after the peptides, and with C-Tetra in the morning. If you already use Liquid Peptides Advanced MP, choose one peptide serum per routine.

Before you start
